what we can do for you
01
Physiotherapy
We are a musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic. This means we treat all injuries from top to toe. Anything involving a muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and more. For more on the different types of services, continue reading.
02
Acute Injury Management
An acute injury is something that has happened recently. Maybe an ankle sprain, sore shoulder from gardening, back pain from picking up the kids, or a recent surgery. Acute simply means the issue has been going on for less than 3 months. It’s often OK to give things a few days to see if it settles. But if your pain continues for more than 2-3 days, if it is impacting on your ability to function, or if it concerns you in anyway. You should get the right advice regarding what’s going on and what you should do to help it.
03
Chronic Pain Management
Unfortunately, for some people, an acute injury can continue to be painful or problematic for longer than usual. This is termed chronic or persistent pain. It can be very challenging to treat and change may often be fustratingly slow. You maybe need a shift in focus or approach from what you have already been trying. We can help you understand your pain and offer a plan forward.
04
Strength and Conditioning
In order to make a meaningful change in how your body works, or what your body can perform, you need to give it the right stimulus to adapt. Too often physiotherapy fails to properly load your muscles and joints to make any meaningful change. We use strength and conditioning principles as the backbone of our therapies to focus on long term change, making your body more robust and resilient to the stresses of everyday. Getting you back on the court, on the field, in the garden, or in the office. Whatever your hobby, sport or work, all rehab should involve strength and conditioning.

We don’t just look after people in pain. We also offer assessment and diagnosis of vertigo or dizziness.
